The research aims to study the development of online instructional activities) for creative internet use tertiary students (OIA) in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Khon Kaen Campus (MCUKK), Thailand. objective this therefore is examine OIA which researchers have built with 30 undergraduate students, selected by a Cluster Sampling Faculty Education. data collection was conducted means both quantitative and qualitative instruments. results are as follows: 1) consists following procedures: (1) planning orientating learning activities, (2) motivating creativity, (3) fostering create leaning purposes self-evaluation, (4) presenting individual methods use, (5) ways (6) Inquiry-Based Learning, (7) given tasks from situations, (8) evaluating using sociometry technique (9) summarizing aspects use. Also, finding reveals were very satisfied positive behaviors learners creativity
